Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy results in rejuvenation and rehydration of the skin on the cheeks, chin, neck, décolletage and hands. Injected application of hyaluronic acid in the medium skin layers, the mesoderm, stars procedures of regeneration, hydration and rejuvenation of the skin. Ageing cannot be stopped but can be slowed down and its strongest external effects can be restricted.

Three sessions are recommended in the interval of one month from the first session and three months following the second session. The complexion will remain rejuvenated for another year. After that the therapy should be repeated.

Advantages of mesotherapy

The greatest advantages include the immediate effect. You leave the treatment room with brightened complexion, filled wrinkles in the hands or décolletage and rejuvenated appearance. The treatment is non-invasive and painless. No hospitalisation is needed and you can return to work immediately after the treatment.

Our Body Clinic uses the following materials for mesotherapy:

Cristal

A new hyaluronic acid based dermal fill. Cristal is prepared by the innovative technology abbreviated as NGCT (Non Granular Consistency Technology), which achieves high purity of this gel fill and high thixotropy. Despite the high viscosity Cristal allows for application with a very thin needle or cannula. Advantages for the clients include lower pain. For the purpose of mesotherapy hyaluronic acid does not undergo the meshing process.

Juvéderm®

This product combines hyaluronic acid with desensitising element called lidokaine. The product is designed for application into the surface, medium or deep skin layers. The effect is visible immediately after the treatment and lasts for 6 to 12 months. After that the treatment should be repeated.

Mesotherapy: your intervention

Mesotherapy is a painless outpatient intervention. Sensitive clients may be provided with Emla desensitising cream. After about 30 minutes from its application the surgeon applies hyaluronic acid by injection on the specified disinfected surface. The intervention itself takes 10-20 minutes, depending on the treated area.

Mesotherapy: after intervention

Immediately after the intervention and for a couple of following days you need to avoid sunbathing and solarium and use a protective cream with a high UV protective factor (at least 30, better 50). The recheck at the clinic is scheduled within 2-3 weeks.

Mesotherapy: possible risks

You can develop little bruises or swell of the treated area. All that will disappear soon after the treatment.
